Emergency Clinical Cover

Providing customers with exemplary service and patient care 

We assisted a practice during a period of unexpected sickness while other staff members were also on annual leave, we planned and deployed staff members for FTF clinical consultations and simultaneously opened remote consultation appointments within a short timeline. This resulted in over 100 patient contacts for that practice, some of which were arranged within 48hrs notice.
