The Primary and Urgent Care Alliance have been working in collaboration with both the  Medway Public Health Team and local GP surgeries to deliver NHS Health Checks across the Medway population.

To ensure all eligible patients have access to this service we can support practices directly with their NHS Health Check capacity either as an in hours or enhanced access service. Appointments can be delivered from one of our own clinical sites or in the practice.
